- These pampas are fluffed outdoors. It is recommended that you do the same once you receive your pampas grass as they can lose fluffiness in packaging and/or in transit. You may do so by holding the middle of the stem and carefully shaking each stem.
- Do not worry about shedding as this is normal and expected but will not change the look or the shape of the plumes.
